OPEN POSITIONS

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Track Equipment Operator to operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy machinery for site preparation, grading, and excavation. The ideal candidate must prioritize safety, perform routine equipment checks, and work efficiently with the construction team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate track-based heavy equipment for excavation, grading, and site prep. - Inspect and maintain machinery for optimal performance. - Follow safety regulations and project plans. - Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to work in an office environment and on construction sites as needed. - Ability to travel as required for site visits and meetings.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical estimating within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and cost estimation techniques. - Proficient in Accubid estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
