This is a Shortline railroad owned by RJ Corman with Rayonier Performance Fibers as their industrial customer. RCC Texas working as a track subcontractor for the GC T.L Wallace, successfully completed cross tie and switch tie installation over a two-week period, delivering quality results and completing the work on schedule. Scope of work included distribution and replacement of 1,500 crossties and 250 switch ties within the facility. Work also included site cleanup leaving the area clear of debris and ready for continued operations.
